This Halloween, we’re bringing back the annual Halloween Moot Court, with a big twist!👻⚖
ELSA Tilburg is launching a combined Halloween-themed moot court and witness interview competition! Participants will prepare their legal arguments in advance, just like in a traditional moot court. But on the day of the competition, they’ll also get the chance to conduct a live witness interview and cross-examination before delivering their statements
This unique format means you’ll sharpen your advocacy skills in two areas at once!🙌
This year’s case will be a criminal law case: judged by Thomas Joyce, a beloved and esteemed professor of criminal law at Tilburg Law School👨‍🏫
